You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (in the case of a service contract)¹ / from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. (in the case of a purchase contract).²

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences ofwithdrawal³
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
If the consumer has received goods in connection with the contract: You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If you have requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
¹ This refers to pledge loan agreements. Note: If, at your request, we begin to fulfill the contract before the end of the withdrawal period (§10 FAGG) and provide our service, there is no longer a right of withdrawal (§18 para. 1 no. 1 FAGG).
² This applies to purchases of items via our online offer.
³ In the event of withdrawal from pledge loan agreements, you will receive the pledged item step by step in return for full repayment. We may refuse to return the pledged item until we have received any payment made by us back in full. You must bear the costs of returning the item or, by prior arrangement, pledged items can be collected from one of our branches.
