Payment options at CASHY

Pay out your pawn loan

If you have a pawn loan with CASHY, you have the following options for getting your money paid out:

Cash payment

If you opt for a cash payment in one of our stores you can have your money paid out immediately.¹

Transfer to your bank account

You can have your money transferred to your bank account in the store or when your collateral is shipped. As a rule, the money will be in your account the next day after your item has been received and checked.²

Transfer to your PayPal account

A PayPal transfer is also possible for both handover in the store and shipping. As a rule, the money will be in your PayPal account the next day after your item has been received and checked.³

¹Please note that a maximum payout of EUR 9,999 is possible. For higher deposit credit amounts, the remainder will be transferred to your PayPal or bank account.

²Depending on the bank, it may take up to 2 working days for the transfer to appear in your account.

³Please note that you can have your money paid out to your PayPal account or extend your pawn loan via PayPal. A refund via PayPal is not possible.

Repayments or extensions via the "My account" area

Under normal circumstances, repayments or extensions of pawn loans or car pawn loans are normally processed directly via our online payment provider Unzer.

To do this, log in to your customer area via cashy.at. Choose whether you want to extend or repay your pawn loan.

Repayment of your pawn loan

You have the following options for repaying or extending your pawn loan:

• Credit card payment

• Instant bank transfer

• EPS

• PayPal
  

Of course, you can also make your repayment or renewal in cash. Just drop by one of our stores.

If the grace period of your pawn loan has expired, you can usually make a repayment or extension up to one day before the auction.

Our fees

You pay the following fees when you take out your pawn loan:

• issuance fee

• interest

• Storage fee (custodyfee)

Can I simply make my repayment or renewal by bank transfer?

This is generally possible. However, always enquire about the current IBAN number at support@cashy.at.

What do I need to bear in mind in the event of a jump in interest rates?

You always pay your interest per half month. If you transfer on the last day before an interest rate jump, it is best to choose an instant transfer or directly in the store. This way, your pawn loan can be closed on time.

Will I receive a confirmation of payment?

Yes, as soon as you extend or repay your pawn loan, you will receive an email. If you have not received a message, please contact support@cashy.at so that your pawn loan can be processed accordingly.

You can find out online around the clock how much money you can get for various types of collateral. You can take out your pawn loan directly via your account and are not dependent on opening hours(with the exception of individual requests).
